Paul went above and beyond for us in every way and even helped prepare our house for sale; even rolling up his sleeves and helping us paint. Kelle and Paul also took the time to walk through our house and gave us great suggestions to stage the house. Whenever we needed Paul or had questions, he was available immediately (at all hours of the day and night!). It truly made us feel valued as a client and he treated us like family. Even my youngest still asks for “Paul”!

I had the difficult task of selling my brother’s condo in Toronto after he passed away. Paul not only completed this complicated transaction in an incredibly short time and for the full asking price, but he also helped me to get the condo cleaned up and ready for sale (not an easy job!).
