Paul Thurlow, a team lead and co-founder of Powerhouse Realty Group has been in the real estate world since 2007. His hard work, passion and charisma has helped Paul’s reputation as a qualified realtor quickly rise, and to assist with the development of the Powerhouse Realty Group.
Paul has a solid work ethic and tenacity to pursue every lead and has the hustle to market his client’s properties. With 25 plus years of sales experience, Paul knows how to deliver the unexpected. He goes above and beyond; what many realtors would consider a day’s work, Paul has taken on listings that have required much more than simple staging and a wide angle lens to get them sold and has made many families extremely happy with Pauls vision and execution. From a sales production standpoint, Paul has been recognized with many awards aligning himself and his team among the top producing agents in the area.

Kelle Baker of ReMax Escarpment Realty, team lead and co-founder of Powerhouse Realty Group, is a 17 plus years veteran of the real estate industry and has represented residential clients all over Halton, Hamilton, the GTA, and the Niagara region. Kelle has built a solid foundation of clients through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always putting her client’s needs first.
Kelle grew up in the GTA but has lived in the Halton region most of her adult life. Real estate was her career choice since her early 20s and she has never looked back. Kelle thoroughly enjoys working with people and is committed to ensuring that her client’s real estate experience is a positive one. She takes pride in her negotiating skills for both her buyers and sellers and is available to her clients 24/7. All her clients are treated equally and she ensures that they feel secure knowing that their real estate needs have been met.

Kelle’s hard work and dedication to her clients has awarded her several real estate-based honours over the course of her career including the Diamond Award, Platinum Award, and Presidents Gold Award.
Active in her community, Kelle is proud to have participated as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, Charity golf tournaments, and Mission Services. She has also proudly donated a portion of every commission made payable to her to The Halton Women’s Shelter where she has been acknowledged as the Top 10% donor in 2017 and 2018.
Kelle is passionate about her family, career, fitness, helping others, travel, and living her “best life.” Her strongest passion is her family. Being the mother of four wonderful children and watching them grow and prosper is Kelle’s greatest joy and is something she never takes for granted.
